Adwait Palsule
inPrincipal Engineer, Founder
With close to 25 years of experience in process automation and system integration, Adwait brings deep, hands-on expertise to the design and delivery of a wide variety of automation systems for Pharma and Biotech companies. His expertise spans the complete lifecycle of automation solutions, from system architecture design and detailed functional specifications through programming, commissioning, and regulatory validation.
Adwait brings deep expertise in Emerson DeltaV and Rockwell, AB PLC platforms, with a strong focus on ISA-88–based batch automation.
He is known for designing systems that are flexible, scalable, and future-proof — using recipe-driven systems, modular control strategies, and reusable software architectures to ensure long-term adaptability as processes and facilities evolve.
Adwait has led numerous capital projects from concept through execution, including hardware procurement, hardware and network architecture design, control-layer and HMI development, and procedural and batch automation. He has successfully guided systems through commissioning and validation (AIQ/AOQ) phases in GMP-regulated environments. In addition to this, Adwait has spent more than a decade as a Business Unit Leader for a bioreactor control system product, wherein he managed the roadmap and technical assets of the product, and led the sales and marketing, operational and after-sales support aspects of the product.
Vryan Constantino
inPrincipal Engineer, Founder
Vryan Constantino is a Principal Engineer and co founder of Stellaro Technologies, with more than a decade of experience designing and integrating automation systems in regulated and high consequence environments. His work focuses on building systems that remain clear, reliable, and maintainable long after deployment.
Before founding Stellaro, Vryan served in senior engineering and operations leadership roles, including Engineering Operations Director, where he was responsible not only for technical delivery but for running and scaling engineering teams. He understands what it takes to resource projects, develop engineers, standardize execution, and maintain accountability across multiple concurrent engagements. That operational experience informs how Stellaro approaches project structure, communication, and long term client partnership.
He spent much of his career as a system integrator, working across platforms such as DeltaV, Ignition, Rockwell, and other industrial control and software environments. In addition to controls work, he has extensive experience in custom software development, which enables him to learn new platforms quickly and work effectively across unfamiliar systems.
This cross-platform fluency anchors a deliberately platform-agnostic philosophy: technology exists to serve the process, never the other way around. Vryan ensures that every architecture is dictated by the client’s long-term lifecycle needs rather than the constraints of a specific vendor.
Today, Vryan continues to lead Stellaro with a focus on resourcing high-consequence projects with the precision, accountability, and engineering excellence required to sustain long-term industrial success.
